Tuition Reimbursment

In addition to our extensive in-house educational resources, Jane Street encourages employees to pursue outside coursework, and pays 90% of tuition and books for any work-related classes completed with a grade of B or better. We also pay 90% of any work-related books employees purchase for themselves, or 100% if the books are recycled to the firm's library.
